Why learn the UP?
The Unified Protocol (UP) offers a single, flexible, research-based approach that targets the core processes underlying emotional difficulties across diagnoses.
With the UP, you can:
-
Address underlying drivers of distress, not just symptoms
-
Work within a single, coherent framework across multiple emotional problems
-
Equip clients with practical tools they can use in everyday life
By streamlining your clinical work, the UP helps you work more efficiently — so you can have a greater impact with each client.
