Expert trainer

Elina Manner is a licensed clinical psychologist and cognitive behavioral psychotherapist. She has been working in specialized psychiatric care since 2009 in the hospital district of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS).  Since early 2020 she has also been developing and implementing evidence-based psychotherapies in Hyvinkää region within HUS. She has worked with both individuals and groups.  She specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety and trauma related disorders, borderline personality disorders and self-harming behavior. She is a certified trainer in the UP by the Unified Protocol Institute, Boston, USA. Se trains and supervises UP in her own organization. She and her colleague are also working with implementing and expanding the Unified Protocol in Finnish public health care.
